Hi, I’m Jenn Pede. I am a personal trainer, fitness nutrition coach, and uber passionate about women’s fitness. After personally losing 40 lbs and learning how to live a healthy lifestyle, I became a personal trainer so I could help other women do the same.
I love connecting with and empowering women to lift weights, get strong, eat well and most importantly feel good about their bodies. My philosophy on training and nutrition is that everyone is unique and there is no one-size-fits-all fitness and nutrition program.
I know how frustrating it can be when you are putting so much of your time, physical and mental energy into a new diet and exercise routine while not seeing the results you want. That’s when we start asking the questions — Am I doing the right things? Will this ever work? Can I realistically reach my goals? There was a point in my life where I was there myself and have spent many years figuring out the answers to these questions.
I want my clients workouts and nutrition to be effortless, satisfying, and maintainable for the long term while helping them reach their goals!
I know you want to feel and look your best, too. I have developed methods to help my client’s work out smarter and not harder — still eat foods they love and see results, and most importantly love the way they look and feel great while enjoying all of it without stress!
